1. You can only sign up if you're a member of the clan , if you aren't you still can post message's but you can only do that as Guest 
2. You can post things if you choose a category and click on it , than you can choose a topic or make one!
3. No , you dont have to bee singed up , you can post as guest
4. Yes you can , if you posted something you can click on it and change it
